It's a boy AND a girl!!!

Surprise! These are our babies! We just found out today that we are having twins! In the pics above, the top is a little boy and the bottom is a girl :) The twins are developing well and everything looks good!

My plans

Hey everyone ...
I am working with farming in North Carolina out in the counrtry for the next six months..i am being lent about have and acre of land..and am selling the poduce through this devotees company ...i am getting all th e help i need and its highly convenient cause i make my own schedule and base what i want to do around that ...and its a valuable skill to get into ...besides that ..i have a sure job line up in california by october...till january which pays very well and its simple and and the schedules are really flexible ..the manager will give you the hours you ask for ...you can work 13 hours ewveyr day if you want ...
so in the meantime im trying to get a car ..nothing to ffancy a cell phone...basically what i need ....and i can do this schedule very year if i want ..but sooner or later i know i have to settle down and go to school maybe and so on ...
i mean im in alachua and they have a Florida University ...where alot of devotee kids go to ..and theres alot of gurkulis at about 200 ...just in alachua...so if it comes to settling down somewhere m thinking of this place ...well you never know what krsna has in store for us ...lets just hope everything works out

other things may pop up ..i may come to mayapur for gaura purnima...if its something i really wanna do ...but lets see ..its still far out there

Got the job

Well, I got the job! Yesterday was the paperwork and today I start going out.

Job Seeking

I've been trying to get a full time job and hopefully I've found it. It involves driving kids around between parents (separated ones). It's probably going to be an emotionally stressful job but I think I'm up to the challenge. Hopefully all will go well with this, but so far it looks promising. I have to take some drug screening which I doubt I'll have a problem with.

If I get the job I will be making $2,000 a month which will be enough to start saving up, even after paying rent and such. If it doesn't work out, then I most likely will be heading towards Boulder with Nama where there are plenty of office jobs available.

A surprise visit

The other day Laksmipriya payed a surprise visit to our home. I took the opportunity to give her a bath with shampoo. She likes our garden hose. It still amazes me how much water an Elephant can drink.

A BIG Birthday gift for Japa

When I asked Japa on the Phone what he wanted me to bring for his Birthday, he replied: "I just want an Elephant'"

What a thing to ask for a Present!...It had been a long, almost two years, but somehow the papers finally came through and we were able to bring her. As soon as she walked of that truck, Laksmipriya felt at home . She started eating grass and explore her new surroundings in the forest.

Her first Bath she took at our house. Japa was rather thrilled over his BIG Birthday surprise.
